In the first half of this presentation Elisabeth Zenger, DVM, PhD, DACVIM (SAIM) explains the key
differences between marijuana and hemp, cannabinoids and their mechanisms of action, our current
understanding of their applications, as well as the scientific data supporting their use.
In the second half, we present a Roundtable discussion that includes commercially available products,
what consumers and prescribers need to know when selecting products, and clinical uses of cannabinoids
in veterinary patients.
